William has also been a Judge for Pastry and Baking Competitions on Canadian National level. He has also demonstrated on National and International levels. He has been an Instructor in Sugar Art for quite a few years and has instructed various levels of students from Beginners to Professional Advanced levels. He excels as a Sugar, Cake and Dessert artist.
He is also part of the International Cake Exploration Society and The Sweet Arts Society of Toronto.
